It is all about taking great care of people, ALL KINDS of people – being gracious in taking on what comes and making the effort to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. That connection is highly important to me.  Next to that, I am passionate about writing and creating and believe I can do good things with my talents.

Emphasis on the customer experience has proven highly beneficial in the variety of roles I have held. I have managed offices, provided supervision, and successfully held a variety of administrative and customer service roles. All requiring communication and writing skills. It lights me up to be in the creative zone when it comes to writing and I continue to process the ideas that pop into my head as possible writing projects.
